Looking to bet on Major League Baseball on Sunday?

There are plenty of games to choose from with every team in action, but the BetSided team of Joe Summers, Iain MacMillan and Reed Wallach have some of their top picks to dive into on Sunday, July 24.

Let's get into today's picks, with odds via WynnBET:

Colorado Rockies vs. Milwaukee Brewers Odds, Prediction and Pick

Run Line: Rockies +1.5 (-120) | Brewers -1.5 (+100)
Moneyline: Rockies +170 | Brewers -185
Total: 9 (OVER -105 | UNDER -115)

If you're going to bet on the Rockies this season, do it when they're facing a left-handed pitcher like they are today. Colorado ranks second in the Majors in OPS vs. lefties, and before you tell me that it's just a product of playing at Coors Field, it's not.

They still rank fifth in batting average (.260) against lefties when playing on the road,

The Rockies are also starting one of the better starters in their rotation in Chad Kuhl, who sports a respective 4.11 ERA this season despite playing for a team that's never friendly for their pitchers' stat sheet.

Finally, the Brewers aren't exactly posting the numbers you'd expect from a division-leading team. They rank 19th in batting average and 13th in OPS dating back to June 1.

I'll take a shot at the Rockies as sizable underdogs today.

Pick: Rockies +170 -- Iain MacMillan

Minnesota Twins vs. Detroit Tigers Prediction and Pick

Run Line: Twins -1.5 (-105) | Tigers +1.5 (-115)
Moneyline: Twins -160 | Tigers +150
Total: 8.5 (OVER -130 | UNDER +110)

This is a perfect buy-low spot on Sonny Gray. I'm willing to trust his body of work on the year and chalk up the last two starts to just poor outings. Prior to giving up 11 runs in those two outings, he'd held every single opponent to three runs or fewer as the Twins had won eight of nine behind him.

Detroit is the perfect team to face when you're slumping on the mound. Just last month, Gray threw seven shutout innings against Detroit while striking out a season-high 10 batters.

But the biggest reason to feel comfortable backing Minnesota is the pitcher starting opposite Gray. Rony Garcia has a dreadful 6.21 expected ERA. By all measures, he's one of the very worst starters in MLB. Check out his MLB Statcast Pitching Profile and try not to wince in despair:

Kudos if you actually were able to avoid wincing.

If this game were played two weeks ago, the Twins' run line would be sitting somewhere in the -140 range. That we're getting -110 odds on it is a great value, and I'll trust Gray over Garcia in this one.

Pick: Twins -1.5 (-110) -- Joe Summers

Miami Marlins vs. Pittsburgh Pirates Prediction and Pick

Run Line: Marlins -1.5 (+100) | Pirates +1.5 (-120)
Moneyline: Marlins -165 | Pirates +152
Total: 7 (OVER -115 | UNDER -105)

Sandy Alcantara is top of the big leagues or near the top in every pitching metric including ERA, WHIP, and WAR, and while the Marlins have not given him that much run support throughout the years, he's a must bet at this price.

Pittsburgh is bottom five in wRC+ over the last month and Alcantara has been able to go deep into games at will this season, pitching seven or more innings in each start since May 6.

Simply put, Alcantara is too talented for this Pirates offense. Meanwhile, it could be time to sell high on Mitch Keller, who has allowed a combined one run across his past two starts. It's the best stretch of the season for him, but he did allow a total of nine runs in the two before that. I'm going to count on this recent form normalizing and trust Alcantara at the cheap price.

LEAN: Marlins ML (-165) -- Reed Wallach
