The NBA is back with 13 games on Wednesday night, and the BetSided team has picks for every game on our NBA picks page.

If you're looking to bet on either game on national TV, plus the Phoenix Suns-Minnesota Timberwolves matchup, we have you covered with those predictions in today's top picks:

New York Knicks vs. Brooklyn Nets Odds, Prediction and Pick

Even though the Nets have looked better over the last week, I think the Knicks are in a favorable spot as underdogs in this game

New York is without starting center Mitchell Robinson, but the Nets don’t play any crazy big lineups, which could allow New York to turn to its best combination down low: Obi Toppin and Randle playing together.

The Knicks dominated the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday with this duo, and they used it again on Monday against Minnesota.

These teams are pretty even on the season, with New York ranking 16th in net rating and the Nets coming in at No. 17 in the league. However, the Nets are just 22nd in defensive rating this season, and it’s been their Achilles heel for most of this season.

While Brooklyn has looked better without Kyrie, these two teams are even enough where I think the Knicks can win as short dogs. I’ll gladly take the 2.5 points as well in a matchup that should feel like a home game for New York.

Phoenix Suns vs. Minnesota Timberwolves Odds, Prediction and Pick

Phoenix lost to Philly on Monday, but this is a great spot to back the Suns. The Timberwolves are still trying to figure out how to play together and the numbers show it. Minnesota is ninth in defense – which is characteristic of a team with Rudy Gobert – but 22nd in offense.

The Timberwolves’ offense has caused them to lose four of their last five games, with the lone win coming against the 2-9 Houston Rockets.

The Suns, despite losing in their last game, have one of the best defenses in the league and can score with anyone. The Suns are 7-3 for a reason. They are a well-oiled machine, and that will push them over the edge tonight.

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Los Angeles Clippers Odds, Prediction and Pick

Even with LeBron James in the lineup, this Lakers team has been absolutely brutal, going 2-8 against the spread on the season and posting the league’s worst offensive rating.

The saving grace for the Lakers early in the season was their defense, which was among the best in the NBA, but they’ve since fallen to 12th in defensive rating after allowing 130 and 139 points in their last two games against the Jazz and 114 to Cleveland on Sunday.

Russell Westbrook has played much better off the bench, but that hasn’t changed the simple fact that Los Angeles lacks any true outside shooting on this roster. Davis and James can only do so much, and the Clippers have a top four defense that will be tough to score on anyway.

Neither of these teams have been great on offense, but the Clips have the shooting to win this game going away.
