Since the NFL season began, many of the prime time standalone games have been high-scoring. In fact, it wasn't until Week 4 where we saw our first "under" bet hit on either a Thursday night, Sunday night or Monday night game.

That won't be the case for Week 7.

According to fantasy and gambling meteorologist Kevin Roth, both prime time matchups between the Indianapolis Colts and San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football, as well as the New Orleans Saints and Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football will be severely impacted by heavy rain, along with the potential for high winds.

While rain actually doesn't tend to factor into success on betting the under in NFL games, wind plays a much more prominent role. According to Bet Labs, as of November 29, 2020,unders in games that have winds of 10 mph or higher have hit at a 56% clip.

With Roth's projections for the wind in these two games to be 10 mph or greater, now may be the best opportunity to jump on the under before the line moves even further.

The lines at WynnBET for both prime time matchups have already taken a substantial drop, and will likely continue to do so as the day goes on.

The Colts-49ers matchup opened initially at 45 at WynnBET, but has since moved to 43, with -110 on both sides. San Francisco is a 4-point favorite in the matchup.

Meanwhile, the Saints and Seahawks game in Seattle opened at 44 at WynnBET and has now dropped to 42.5. Seattle is a 4.5-point home underdog.
