Buffalo Fans, this one’s for you. You deserve this article. You deserve this playoff run. The Buffalo Bills have never won a Super Bowl title, but this might be the year that it finally happens. Let’s look through the painful plight of Bills Mafia and see what their odds are that Buffalo finally hoists the Lombardi Trophy.

When Was the Bills’ Last Super Bowl Win?

Bills fans have a hard chin. They can take it.  They can hear the tales of their history and hold their heads high. The Bills made four straight Super Bowl appearances in the Jim Kelly era of the early 1990s. They lost all four to NFC East opponents — once to the Giants, once to Washington, and twice to the Dallas Cowboys.

Their first appearance, in 1991, was a one point loss on a missed field goal by Scott Norwood as the time expired.

“Now Norwood tries his longest ever on grass - 47 yards. Eight seconds left. Adam Lingner will snap it. No good! Wide Right.”

Wide right. Two words that live in Buffalo lore.

The Bills would make three more consecutive appearances in the Super Bowl, dropping them all. They haven’t been back since, in large part because of the evil empire of New England standing in their way for two decades.

Buffalo Bills' Odds to Win Super Bowl 56

Last week, after vanquishing the Patriots 47-17 in the frigid cold, an exorcism of their demons took place. They’ll now travel to Kansas City for a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship Game, and go into this weekend with the third-best odds to win the Super Bowl at +450 on WynnBET. In fact, the Chiefs and the Bills go into this game with the two best odds out of the AFC. This game will say a lot about the conference.

On the back of the best passing defense in the NFL, with a young do-everything quarterback in Josh Allen, The Bills have a recipe that can get it done. If they can get past the Chiefs, they have a great chance to make it all the way to the Super Bowl.
