3 Players to Bet to Win The Masters Before Their Odds Move
It's finally Masters week!
If you're one of the early bird bettors like I am, it might be best to lock in your bets as soon as possible. Whether it be on Sunday night or Monday morning, before the wave of public bettors place their wagers which will cause the odds to shift dramatically.
If you want my top three picks to win, check out my full betting preview.
Here, I'm going to list three golfers that if you have any interest in betting on them, do it now before it's too late.
All odds listed below are via WynnBET Sportsbook.
Tiger Woods +8000
It's still not confirmed whether or not Tiger Woods is going to compete this week, as he called it a "game-time decision" on Sunday morning, but I'm starting to think he's going to give it a go.
Based on the pictures coming out from his time at Augusta National this morning, he's all smiles and looks like he's ready to go. Reports are indicating that he's striping the ball on the range, which is a promising sign.
If you're looking to bet on Woods, do it now!! WynnBET still has his odds set at 80/1 to win it all, which is a massive difference compared to other books. Some sportsbooks have him listed at +3300, which is less than half the odds you're getting him at WynnBET.
If you want to wager on Woods, do it at WynnBET while his odds still hold value. Don't wait on this. Sign up for WynnBET and wager on him here.
Collin Morikawa +1400
Collin Morikawa is tied for second on the odds list with Cameron Smith and Scottie Scheffler, but I expect his odds to get shorter as the week goes on. The betting public knows Morikawa as a young phenom who has already won two majors in his career. Winning a third one, especially at a course that seems to fit his style, seems obvious, doesn't it?
I wouldn't be surprised if he's closer to +1100 or +1200 by the time the tournament tees off, so if you want to bet on him, I'd place that bet sooner rather than later.
Hideki Matsuyama +6000
Much like Tiger Woods, if you want to place a bet on Matsuyama, WynnBET is offering the best odds by a mile. Most books have the defending champion at around +3300 heading into Masters week.
His one biggest question mark this week is his health. He had to withdraw from the Valero Texas Open this past week due to a neck injury, which has caused his odds to defend his Masters championship to drop. If reports are released that he's healthy and ready to go, expect his odds to get cut in half. Bet on him now, and if he does withdraw before teeing off, the bet will be voided at no penalty.
