49ers vs. Jaguars Updated Odds and Prediction: What Bettors Need to Know
By Peter Dewey
Fresh off a huge win on Monday Night Football over the Los Angeles Rams, the San Francisco 49ers will head to Jacksonville to take on Trevor Lawrence and the rebuilding Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 11.
Jacksonville opened as a 4.5-point underdog at WynnBET, the line has slowly been moving towards the 49ers after their Monday night win. When we previewed this matchup earlier in the week, the 49ers were five-point favorites, but that number has moved to six ahead of Sunday’s game.
Here’s a look at the updated odds as San Francisco looks to get back to .500 on the season.

49ers vs. Jaguars Prediction and Pick
BetSided’s Reed Wallach called the line movement in this game before the 49ers upset the Rams, so if you didn’t jump on the 49ers early, I actually think Jacksonville is the side to back in this matchup.
Shanahan’s teams have been brutal as a favorite against the spread in his career, and the 49ers are just 2-5 ATS in that spot this season.
This Jaguars team has hung tough against the Buffalo Bills and Indianapolis Colts in the past two weeks, and I think they can make things tough on a 49ers team that has been inconsistent so far in 2021.
Pick: Jaguars +6.0 (-110)
