There are eight teams in action in the NBA on Monday, and the BetSided team is back delivering our favorite prop bets in the NBA.

We have two plays in the Boston Celtics-Chicago Bulls matchup, as well as a 3-pointers prop in the Brooklyn Nets-Memphis Grizzlies game.

So far this season, the team is 12-7 after a 1-1 showing on Sunday. Let's break down Monday's picks:

Best NBA Prop Bets Record to Date

Best NBA Prop Bets Today

  • Jaylen Brown OVER 22.5 Points (-125)
  • Patrick Williams UNDER 11.5 Points and Rebounds (-140)
  • Royce O'Neale Over 1.5 3-Pointers Made (-120)

Jaylen Brown OVER 22.5 Points (-125)

Today is Jaylen Brown’s birthday, so we know he’s going to want to show out against the Chicago Bulls.

Brown’s points prop is set at 22.5, and I can’t help but think it’s an overreaction to his 4-for-16 shooting game against the Orlando Magic on Saturday.

The Celtics All-Star wing had dropped 35 and 28 points in the first two games of the season, and he’s taken 58 field goals through three games this season. With Jayson Tatum’s points prop set at 26.5, I think there is value in taking Brown, who is still a focal point of this offense, to clear this number.

Chicago allowed 128 points to the Cavs in their last game, so another higher-scoring game would benefit Brown in a big way.

Patrick Williams UNDER 11.5 Points and Rebounds (-140)

It's hard enough being a Chicago Bulls fan these days, but now I'm seeing Lauri Markkanen in Utah turn into what Chicago thought Patrick Williams would be? This might be too much to handle…

Williams has been a ghost to start the season, and unless he unleashes all of his talent against the best defense in the NBA tonight, I'm fading him in anything related to him taking charge and being authoritative. In this case, it comes down to points and rebounds. He's also likely to lose his starting spot as well.

As a Bulls fan, I'd love to be proven wrong here, but as a realist, this is the right play.

Royce O'Neale Over 1.5 3-Pointers Made (-120)

The first year Brooklyn Net hit the game clinching 3-pointer against the Toronto Raptors on Friday night, but hasn't been humming from distance like he was with the Utah Jazz, only taking seven treys through two games.

However, I think we are about to see a volume uptick for the career 38% 3-point shooter. The Grizzlies are second to last in terms of points allowed per 100 possessions early on and the team's typical drop scheme with Steven Adams is going to give the Nets advantageous kick out situations for the likes of O'Neale.

He hasn't taken too many 3-pointers yet, but the Baylor forward is on the floor a ton (34 and 39 minutes through two games), meaning he's going to get his fair share of looks from distance tonight. I'm buying the dip and expecting a breakout 3-point night from the former Jazz wing.
