Best NFL Prop Bets for Cowboys vs. Vikings in Week 11 (Elliott's Return Shouldn't Limit Tony Pollard)

The Dallas Cowboys go from one chilly NFC North spot to another for the second straight week as they visit the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11.

The Cowboys blew a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter on the road at Lambeau Field to the Green Bay Packers in an overtime loss; becoming the first Cowboys team to give up a 14-point lead in the fourth or later and lose the game in 195 tries!

Meanwhile, the Vikings found a way to come back from a double digit deficit on the road in Buffalo, stunning the Bills in overtime after picking off quarterback Josh Allen in an instant classic.

While one team looks to ride the momentum from last week, the other looks to start fresh. Here are the latest odds for the late afternoon matchup from Minnesota:

BetSided's Josh Yourish broke down his best bet for today's action from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis this afternoon, but for those looking to focus on props instead, here are my three top props for today's NFC showdown.

Best NFL Prop Bets for Cowboys vs. Vikings

  • Tony Pollard OVER 1.5 Receptions
  • Kirk Cousins to Throw an Interception
  • Dalton Schultz Anytime Touchdown Scorer

Tony Pollard OVER 1.5 Receptions

Pollard is a big play waiting to happen each week, and even with potentially less volume in the running game with Ezekiel Elliott expected to return, the dynamic running back should still handle third down passing situations out of the backfield.

When Zeke was still healthy, Pollard has had four-plus games of 3+ targets in the passing game, two of 6+ targets or more. With both teams expected to go back and forth scoring with two of the elite offenses in the NFC, expect Dallas to continue to find ways to put the ball in Pollard's hands.

Kirk Cousins to Throw an Interception

It's been a strange season for Cousins as the Vikings continue to pile up wins this year. His 14 touchdowns to 8 interceptions is by far the worst TD/INT ratio of his career in his five years with the Vikings, but it's been somewhat forgotten due to the team's improvement and steadiness all season.

However, this is not an ideal matchup for Cousins, as the Cowboys rank tops in the NFL in sack percentage and seventh in takeaways/game. Cousins also ranks sixth amongst all quarterbacks in "poor passes" this year.

If not for a few sensational Justin Jefferson receptions last week, this line would likely be much higher than it already is.

Dalton Schultz Anytime Touchdown Scorer

Schultz is back on the top tier fantasy tight end map after a brutal stretch between Weeks 2-6. Over his past three games, Schultz has caught 17 of his 20 targets, including a touchdown last week in their loss to Green Bay.

Via Fantasy Points' Graham Barfield, only Mark Andrews has more targets per rout run than Schultz this year, given that Prescott is the quarterback.

I'm already on the Cowboys to cruise in this game, and wouldn't be shocked if Schultz pays off with an anytime touchdown en route to a Dallas victory.
