Oscars 2013: Jennifer Lawrence Trips Up Stairs After Winning Best Leading Actress (GIF)

Jennifer Lawrence won the Oscar for Best Leading Actress for her role in Silver Lining. It was the first Oscar win for the 22-year-old actress that was previously nominated for the award in 2011 for her role in Winter’s Bone.

While Lawrence was making her way to the podium to accept her award, she stumbled up the stairs and showed us all that she is, in fact, human.

“You guys are just standing up because you feel bad that I fell,” Lawrence said during her acceptance speech.
