The Chicago Blackhawks nearly were upset by the Detroit Red Wings, which is going to have one of two different effects on the psyche of the team. The first is that the Blackhawks come out with a vengeance and will take out their anger from the previous series on the Los Angeles Kings. But a more realistic outcome is that while the Blackhawks beat the Red Wings, the series wounded them in a way that the Kings can take advantage of. Jonathan Quick is the best netminder in the NHL and while Jimmy Howard played one heck of a series, he’s no Jonathan Quick.

If Chicago  struggled with Howard, they may be in for a world of hurt with Quick. But don’t sleep on Corey Crawford giving the Kings offense some problems as that’s not necessarily a prolific unit.

We’re in for a really good series between the Kings and Blackhawks and entering Game 1 it’s impossible to tell who really has the upper hand — and that’s the way it should be.

So what time do the Blackhawks and Red Wings drop the puck? We’ve got all of the information you will need to know to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the action.
