When this series started, it seemed as though the Pacers would get a few games but wouldn’t stand that great of a chance against the Miami Heat. There were those out there that foresaw an intense series but the consensus was that the San Antonio Spurs are the best equipped team to take down Miami. However, once the series against the Pacers started it was clear that the Heat had their hands full with not only the style of play but the talent on Indiana’s roster and nothing is more evident of that than the fact we’re about to see a seventh and final game played between these two teams.

The Heat appear to still be the better team, and at the very least they’ll have the home crowd behind them in Game 7. But the Pacers are going to need to do something they haven’t done all series long if they want to pull off the upset — win two games in a row.

One of the main reasons we’re in this Game 7 is because of the Pacers inability to string together back-to-back wins against the Heat. Had they done that just once, this series would likely be over right now. But Indiana needs to channel whatever it’s been feeling in Game’s two, four and six if they want to beat Miami and pull off the epic upset.
