Sarah Jones, the former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader (not pictured in the above group) who plead guilty in October 2012 to charges of misdemeanor sexual misconduct and felony custodial interference stemming from allegations that she had sex with a high school student, took the stand yesterday in a retrial of her lawsuit against TheDirty.com. The ex-cheerleader/ex-teacher is suing the website for $11 million. In 2009, two years before Jones was forced to resign from her teaching position, TheDirty published two anonymous posts that said Jones was both extremely promiscuous with Bengals players and likely infected with multiple STDs. Jones originally won a $11 million in her first filed suit against the site back in August 2010, but US District Judge William Bertelsman declared a mistrial when the case went to trial earlier this year.  Jones, who is now engaged to the student she slept with, attacked the gossip site during her testimony, accusing them of bullying her. The attorney representing TheDirty, David Gingras, countered by saying that Jones’ reputation is so compromised already because of her relationship with a student that no more defamation could be done to her character:

"You must judge Sarah’s reputation based on her actions. Felony convictions are relevant to a person’s credibility."
