The read-option will be heavily featured, and containment is key to slowing that style of offense down. Eagles Game Plan analyst Greg Cosell broke down exactly what makes the read option so difficult to defend for the front seven on defense. Graham, along with Connor Barwin and Trent Cole will be key to containing the perimeter to keep RG3 from running wild on the outside, and subsequently forcing he or running back Alfred Morris to the inside, where there should be more Eagles defenders ready to make the tackle than there would be on the perimeter.

So, after barely holding onto a roster spot, Graham will be key to stopping one of the NFL’s top offenses.
