Two of the best running backs and top fantasy football performers could be out for Week 3. The Baltimore Ravens are facing a critical matchup with the Houston Texans, and they’ll need every heslthy body if the hope to outscore the red-hot Houston offense, but they could be down their top offensive weapon if Rice isn’t available as he recovers from a hip-flexor strain he suffered last week in the teams’ 14-6 win over the Cleveland Browns.

Rice missed Wednesday’s practice and remains “day to day“, Head Coach John Harbaugh announced. Baltimore remains hopeful Rice will play Sunday against the Texans, but backup Bernard Pierce is a viable weapon and will be ready to step-up in Rice’s absence.
