Mike Goodson says he tore his ACL and MCL

New York Jets running back Mike Goodson suffered what appeared to be a serious knee injury on Sunday afternoon during the team’s loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, and on Monday it was confirmed that the worst case scenario had become a reality.

Goodson took to Twitter to give the results for his Monday morning MRI and the results made it obvious that he would not return this season.

According to Goodson, he suffered a torn MCL and ACL, but he is staying positive.
