The girlfriend of Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback A.J. McCarron, Katherine Webb, rose to instant stardom after ESPN analyst Brent Musberger dropped plenty of creepy praise in her direction last year.

During today’s big game between Alabama and the LSU Tigers, cameras cut to Webb once again when the clock was winding down and the Crimson Tide were closing in on victory.

Of course, CBS analysts Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson commented on Webb, but they kept it clean and didn’t comment one bit on her looks. However, after the cameras cut away, they took the opportunity to take a shot at ESPN.

Gary Danielson: “That’s it? That’s all you’re gonna say?”

Verne Lundquist: “You’re darn right. I don’t work for that four-letter network. Discretion.”

It was a hilarious moment that got the Internet talking, and one that many analysts were likely waiting to make. CBS was just able to get their shot in first.
