The Green Bay Packers are running short on quarterbacks. They lost quarterback Aaron Rodgers to an injury and went with Seneca Wallace. Then they chose to promote Scott Tolzien from the practice squad to back up Wallace.

Then the injury bug bought again and Seneca Wallace was forced out of the game and replaced by Scott Tolzien. That left the Packers without a back up. If Wallace isn’t good to go, the Packers will need to find a new back up quarterback this week.

And the Packers apparently reached out to the free agent fictional quarterback from the film Varsity Blues, Jonathan “Mox” Moxon. James Van Der Beek tweeted out that the Packers were so desperate that they reached out to him to play.
