The St. Louis Rams remain in the NFC playoff picture after knocking off two consecutive playoff contenders in the Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears, so the San Francisco 49ers will need to make sure they do not take St. Louis easy.

St. Louis has a stout defense that is able to get quality pressure on opposing quarterbacks, so they could be able to attack Colin Kaepernick and get him off of his rhythm.

Of course, the 49ers were able to take down St. Louis by 24 points in their first meeting, but this is a Rams team that has greatly improved. Considering they get 8.5 points from the Vegas oddsmakers, we would have to believe the 49ers will have trouble covering, especially considering the trouble that they have had scoring in recent weeks.
