Denver Broncos head coach John Fox returned to the team on Sunday, after recovering from his heart valve replacement surgery. While Fox is set to resume coaching the team on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, the team may be hearing what the Fox says from the coaches box instead of the sidelines.

Fox addressed the issue recently when speaking to the media, but he doesn’t think that where he coaches from will have a major impact on the communication in Week 14.

“I don’t think it is a tremendous effect one way or another,” Fox said, via Mike Klis of the Denver Post. “I communicate with the same people. I spent half of my career in the press box [as assistant coach and defensive coordinator] and another half on the field.”

No matter where he is coaching from, having Fox back on Sunday will help the team in a big way.

Denver is in the driver’s seat for the AFC West title, so they are already in good shape, but it is always a boost to your team and moral when you get your coach back.
