There is a lot on the line between the Chicago Bears and the Dallas Cowboys when they play on Monday Night Football. The NFC East and the NFC North standings both have an interest in the outcome of the Monday Night Football game. If the Dallas Cowboys win, they’ll also have an 8-5 record like the Philadelphia Eagles. The Cowboys would sit ahead of the Eagles though and in first place in the NFC East winning the tie breaker on head-to-head win percentage.

The Cowboys got a big win over the New York Giants thanks to a last second field goal.

“I don’t know how you can get any better practice with a lot on the line than to have a game like that,” owner Jerry Jones said. “I think that’s something our team can build on that’s what you hope to have happen with three or four positive endings to maybe get ready to have a big year.”

“We’ve always known that what they remember is what you do in December,” Jones told the team’s official website. “We need to change that. That was our goal this year. And we’ve got a chance to do something about it this year.”
