The Golden State Warriors defeated the Dallas Mavericks 95-93 at ORACLE Arena in Oakland, CA.  The Warriors improved to 13-10, and the Mavericks fell to 13-10.

Stephen Curry had an amazing night as the floor general for the Warriors.  He finished with 33 points, 16 of which came in the fourth quarter.  His final jumper broke a 93-93 tie with less than two seconds left.  Hitting the game winner was a fitting end to a tremendous game for one of the NBA’s rising stars.

The Warriors were down 90-84 after a Dirk Nowitzki jumper with 1:57 to go.  The late-game deficit vanished when Draymond Green swished a three-pointer at 0:49 to put the Warriors ahead 93-92.  On the next possession, Mavs shooting guard Monta Ellis was fouled going to the hoop, and made one of two free throws to even the score at 93.  Before Curry hit the game winner, he drove to the basket and missed a layup, but the Warriors were able to get the ball back after a missed jumper by Ellis.  Curry took advantage of the second opportunity, and made the Mavs pay.

Golden State top performers: Stephen Curry scored 33 points, dropped 10 dimes, and grabbed three steals.  Harrison Barnes scored 17 points with four rebounds.  David Lee netted 15 points, collected 11 rebounds, and dished out three assists.  Klay Thompson scored 11 points and grabbed three boards.
