When the New York Knicks take on the Oklahoma City Thunder tomorrow on Christmas, they could be without their star player in Carmelo Anthony.

According to Steve Popper, Anthony will be a game-time decision for tomorrow afternoon’s game.

This season Anthony is averaging 26.3 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. Anthony suffered his ankle sprain on Monday night against the Orlando Magic. In that game, he played 24 minutes and scored 19 points while shooting 50 percent from the field.

If Anthony cannot go tomorrow afternoon expect Iman Shumpert, J.R. Smith and Tim Hardaway Jr. to get more playing time to make up for the absence of Anthony.

Those three players might get more playing time as well because Raymond Felton will not play tomorrow as he is dealing with a groin injury.

The New York Knicks take on the Oklahoma City Thunder at Madison Square Garden at 2:30 pm ET tomorrow on ESPN.
