On Sunday afternoon, the San Diego Chargers were able to run away from the Cincinnati Bengals in the second half on their way to a convincing victory. With the win, the Chargers secured a spot in the divisional round of the playoffs, where they will meet the AFC West rival Denver Broncos for the third time this season.

In the previous two meetings, the Broncos and Chargers split the series. The Broncos were able to win in San Diego, while the Chargers upended Denver at Mile High in the Broncos only home loss of the season.

This time, however, it is more than bragging rights on the line as the winner earns a spot in the AFC Championship game against either the Indianapolis Colts or New England Patriots.
