The highly anticipated BCS National Championship match up between No. 2 Auburn Tigers and the No. 1 Florida State Seminoles is finally here. The Seminoles brought their horse riding mascot with them to Pasadena.

They even carried out their traditional pre-game tradition of rushing out onto the field complete with spear stab. It was really cool and they had to settle for near midfield with all the equipment on the field. That rounded video board is a stage where John Legend would sing the national anthem moments later.
