The San Francisco 49ers were able to pull away from the Carolina Panthers in the second half of their NFC divisional round match up on Sunday afternoon. With the win, the 49ers were able to secure a berth in the NFC Championship game, which will have them on the road once again as they face the division rival Seattle Seahawks for the third time this season.

San Francisco and Seattle have been the two best teams in the NFC all season long, so it is a perfect way to bring an end to the NFC playoffs and determine the best possible representative for the NFC in the Super Bowl.
