The Baltimore Ravens are still searching for someone to fill the void that was created when Jim Caldwell bolted the team to take over as the head coach of the Detroit Lions. With the team still attempting to sign a new offensive coordinator, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh has named four candidates.

One of the most interesting candidates for the job is Pittsburgh Steelers running backs coach Kirby Wilson.

Harbaugh commented on the team’s desire to name an offensive coordinator that will keep the team’s “aggressive, physical, creative and downhill attacking” offensive philosophy.

With that in mind, it would be a surprise to see the Ravens bringing in a running backs coach.

Ravens wide receivers coach Jim Hostler, former Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan and former Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Scott Linehan are also in the mix.
