The Seattle Seahawks have won their first ever Super Bowl and the man getting all the credit is head coach Pete Carroll. Sure, the roster is loaded and the talent on both sides of the ball happens to be stacked, but it was Carroll who has spent years assembling that talent and sculpting it into a Super Bowl winner.

Carroll was rewarded with the cliche Gatorade bath after his win in Super Bowl XLVIII and it was delivered by the guy he took a big gamble on in the draft last year — Russell Wilson.

Both Carroll and Wilson are forever linked and are bonded for life thanks to this Super Bowl win. Both had be written off, both have come back to prove the critics wrong and together they have won Super Bowl XLVIII.
