The Denver Broncos’ offense had one of the best seasons in league history, and it was in part due to arguably the league’s best group of receivers. That includes Eric Decker who caught 87 passes for 1,288 yards and 11 touchdowns. Unfortunately he is headed towards free agency and whether he returns is up in the air.

“I would love to come back. I don’t know my future either,” Decker said, via 9 News in Denver. “It makes it more real. And you just appreciate again what this year has meant to all of us.”

The Broncos aren’t willing to say that the cap situation would prevent Decker from returning, along with running back Knowshon Moreno, but he has said they will examine their cap situation.

“We’re going to look at all the options and see where we are-and also look at our cap situation,” Broncos Vice President of Football Operations John Elway said.
