The Wells Report released on Friday morning has shed an incredibly disturbing light on the already troubling situation in the Miami Dolphins locker room. Richie Incognito and Mike Pouncey have been exposed as bullies in the locker room and each new detail that emerges about the two seems to be worse than the last.

After evidence of bullying, sexual harassment and racism was published in the Wells Report, we are now learning that both Incognito and Pouncey discussed possible retaliation against Jonathan Martin for bringing to light the horrible locker room situation.

"Incognito:  F–k Jmart That f—t is never backPouncey:  Bro I said the same thing I can’t even look at him the same he’s a pussyIncognito:  My agent just said if we held mandatory strip club meetings Jmart is f–king ratting on everyonePouncey:  Lol wow are you serious he is a f–k boyPouncey:  He’s not welcome back bro I can’t be around that f–king guyIncognito:  F–k that guy if Ur not with [u]s Ur against usPouncey:  No question bro he’s a coward for snitchingIncognito:  Snitches get stiches Blood in blood out F–king guyPouncey:  He’s dead to me"

Incognito recently ranted on Twitter that the release of the Wells Report would exonerate him of Martin’s false allegations. The unsettling and disturbing evidence and text messages published in the report are suggesting otherwise.
