On Friday night, Orlando Magic rookie guard Victor Oladipo had the best game of his young career.

Oladipo scored 30 points on 11-of-23 shooting, dished out 14 assists, grabbed nine rebounds and had two steals. He was fantastic down the stretch, putting the game away with an emphatic dunk, leading the Magic to a 129-121.

After the game, Oladipo shared his lofty goals.

“I feel I haven’t scratched the surface of how good I can be,” Oladipo told Brian Schmitz of the Orlando Sentinel. “I want to be one of the greatest to ever play this game.”

Oladipo has played both guard spots and has shown great improvement already.

“No question, I’ve come a long way,” Oladipo said. “Just as a person, not just as a player. I’ve been in so many situations. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs. Every game I can control one thing: that’s what I bring in my energy at both ends of the floor and just play hard no matter what.”

The #2 overall pick of the 2013 Draft is averaging 13.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.6 steals per game.
