The Denver Broncos are in desperate need of adding a linebacker and that is more evident than ever now that they are set to work out a former Pro Bowl linebacker that hasn’t played in the league since 2010.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Broncos will be working out former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Lofa Tatupu who last appeared on the Atlanta Falcons camp roster back in 2012.

Tatupu has been plagued by injuries throughout his career, but if he is healthy enough to return the Broncos could add some valuable veteran leadership to their defensive unit. And hey, Tatupu is only 31 years old so there should be no concerns about his age.

It will just be a question about whether or not Tatupu has been continuing to train and stay in peak shape.
