For the third time in less than a month, a member of the Baltimore Ravens has been arrested. The latest Ravens player to find their way into handcuffs is offensive lineman Jah Reid.

The other Ravens to be arrested in the last few weeks were running back Ray Rice and receiver Deonte Thompson.

According to the Monroe County, Florida Sheriff’s office, Reid was arrested early Sunday on two misdemeanor charges of battery.

Reid, a former third-round pick of the Ravens, didn’t start in any games last season but he saw action in ten games.

At some point, the Ravens are going to need to send a message to their players that run-ins with the law off the field will not be tolerated, and that could all begin with Reid who is set to hit the free agent market next year.
