The San Diego Chargers decided to bolster their depth at linebacker on Thursday by adding free agent Kavell Conner to the roster. Conner, who excels against the run, will serve as a back up in San Diego.

By joining the Chargers roster, Conner goes from playing for Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano to playing for his brother, Chargers defensive coordinator John Pagano.
