The Buffalo Bills continue to stay busy as the team has agreed to terms with running back Anthony Dixon on a contract. The deal, according to Dixon himself, will be signed on Saturday morning.

Dixon flew in on Thursday from Nashville for a Friday visit with the Bills. The meeting lasted into the night with team officials before Dixon announced the contract. Buffalo signed linebacker Brandon Spikes to a one-year contract on Friday night as well.

Length and monetary details of Dixon’s deal isn’t known at this time, but should be revealed in the coming days. He is expected to contribute on both the offensive side of the ball, and in special teams.

With the signing of Dixon, the Bills have added G Chris Williams, LB Keith Rivers, CB Corey Graham and the aforementioned Spikes. It’s been a successful free agency period for the Bills, and they will need to see it translate to success on the football field in order to keep up with the ever-growing in power AFC East.
