Ravens WR Torrey Smith welcomes Steve Smith to Baltimore using his own recent quote

On Friday, the Baltimore Ravens and veteran wide receiver Steve Smith came to terms on a three-year deal, just one day after he was released by the only team he’s known in his career, the Carolina Panthers. While Ravens fans are happy, obviously, so are some of the players, and that includes Torrey Smith, who sent out a welcome tweet to his new teammate, using one of his most famous, recent quotes.
You’ll remember that this past season after a huge Monday night win over the Carolina Panthers, Smith had those exact words for Aqib Talib, who he had been violently battling with all game.
It is definitely going to be interesting to see what kind of dynamic Smith brings to the offense in Baltimore. Adding him to a receiving corps that already possesses Torrey Smith and Jacoby Jones–who recently re-signed this past week–should give QB Joe Flacco all the help he needs to try and get this team back to a Super Bowl.
