The New Orleans Saints, who recently decided to part ways with wide receiver Lance Moore, have some holes to fill at wide receiver.

On Tuesday, the Saints agreed to a deal with Joe Morgan, re-signing the free agent wide receiver.

Morgan, a native of Canton, Ohio, went undrafted out of Walsh College in 2011. He was signed by the Saints as an undrafted free agent after the draft. He looked like a lock to make the roster, but a knee injury forced the Saints to place him on injured reserve.

A year later, Morgan again made the team and had just 10 catches. Those 1o receptions went for 379 yards and three touchdowns, giving him an incredible 37.9 yards per catch.

Morgan hoped for an increased role as a deep threat with the Saints in 2013, but suffered a torn meniscus and a partially torn ACL in training camp.
