The Washington Redskins have been very busy in the offseason, most notably canning Mike Shanahan in favor of former Cincinnati Bengals’ offensive coordinator Jay Gruden, signing Pro Bowl defensive lineman Jason Hatcher away from the rival Dallas Cowboys and, of course, signing wide receiver DeSean Jackson after he was cut by another NFC East rival, the Philadelphia Eagles.

To make room for some of those signings, the team released linebacker Josh Hull, cornerback Ryan Mouton and wide receiver Josh Bellamy, the team announced via their official twitter account on Saturday.

The Redskins signed Hull after he was released by the St. Louis Rams last season. He finished the season with 14 tackles. Mouton was signed by the Redskins before the 2013 season, but did not play in a game. Bellamy was released by the San Diego Chargers midway through midway through the 2013 season and the Redskins signed him. He played in five games for the Redskins, but did not catch a pass.
