Although the Memphis Grizzlies’ victory over the Phoenix Suns Monday eliminated the Suns from playoff contention and earned the Grizzlies the final spot in the Western Conference, there were still a few games that would influence the seeding on Monday night.

Oklahoma City Thunder 112, Detroit Pistons 111

Kevin Durant scored 42 points dished out six assists and grabbed four rebounds and Russell Westbrook added 22 points, eight assists, six rebounds and six steals to lead the Thunder rally. The win clinched the second seed for the Thunder. Had the Thunder lost and the Los Angeles Clippers then defeated the Portland Trail Blazers, the Clippers would have been the two seed.

Memphis Grizzlies 106, Dallas Mavericks 105 (OT)

Behind 27 points and 14 rebounds from Zach Randolph, the Grizzlies clinched the seventh seed and a date with the Thunder while the Mavericks fell to eighth and must battle the San Antonio Spurs.

Here are the first round matchups:

San Antonio Spurs (1) vs. Dallas Mavericks (8)
Houston Rockets (4) vs. Portland Trail Blazers (5)
Los Angeles Clippers (3) vs. Golden State Warriors (6)
Oklahoma City Thunder (2) vs. Memphis Grizzlies (7)
