Updated Premier League Table Match Week 36 (April 27, 2014)

Sunday’s slate of games had a big impact on the top of the table. First-place Liverpool hosted second-place Chelsea, who were trailing by five points in the table coming into the weekend. Chelsea won, which not only allowed them to close the gap, but Manchester City has the chance to in their game following Chelsea’s win. A City win would bring them within three points of Liverpool with a game in hand.
