Customer support, especially for wireless providers, can be taxing and tedious to talk to. Sometimes, the issues don’t get resolved and you can find yourself talking around in circles.

You don’t expect an accusation of marital infidelity to erupt, however. According to Seattle Mariners’ first baseman Justin Smoak’s wife, Kristin, that’s exactly what she got as she spoke with a Verizon Wireless customer support representative. She vented to Twitter and Verizon’s Twitter account about the issue.

The Verizon support account, @VZWSupport responded – but to one of Kristin’s followers who was relating to her bad customer service. There does not appear to be any interaction between Kristin’s and Verizon’s Twitter accounts.
