The Miami Dolphins were on the clock with the No. 19 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, and there was one glaring need on the roster — offensive line. It was believed that the Dolphins were hoping Alabama’s Cyrus Kouandjio would be available when they were on the clock, and he was ripe for the picking when they were up.

There was always a chance that the Dolphins could shake it up and add a pass rusher or defensive back, but they decided to go offensive tackle with Ju’Wuan James, who also has the ability to play guard.
