The Oakland Raiders are serious about getting back to the top of the AFC West. There are still a lot of pieces though that need to be put in place before they get there and they started that all of with some great selections in the 2014 NFL Draft.

To start the event off, the team took LB Khalil Mack with their fifth overall pick, showing their commitment to defense and trying to stop Peyton Manning and the Broncos.

In the second round, they then went out and got one of the quarterbacks that they were eyeing up with the selection of Fresno State QB Derek Carr to one day lead the offense.
