NHL Schedule release: Complete 2014-15 home openers for every team

It seems like we just watched the Stanley Cup playoffs begin yesterday and it hasn’t been that long since the Los Angeles Kings hoisted yet another Stanley Cup over their heads but already we’re on to the next season. Teams not located in Los Angeles will be looking forward to today’s schedule announcement to see what their path to the 2014-15 Stanley Cup Finals will look like, as the complete schedule will be handed out by the NHL at 4pm ET.

To tease the release of the schedule, the NHL has tipped fans off to every single home opener for every single team in the league. While it’s not the complete schedule, it give us at least two games per most teams that we can look forward to.

The New Jersey Devils got the short end of the stick and will be opening their season at home at the latest date out of all the teams. Judging from the layout of the schedule, it appears that October 8th will be the first night hte puck is dropped on a new season.

Here’s a look at every home opener for every NHL team.
