More from NBA

For Carmelo Anthony, who is one of the most highly sought after free agents on the open market, that initial visit came with the Chicago Bulls.

While the Bulls got the first crack at adding Anthony, he still has some upcoming meetings on Wednesday with the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets in Texas.

Anthony is also believed to have a face-to-face visit with the Los Angeles Lakers lined up.

The one team that has been absent from all of the latest Carmelo Anthony buzz has been his most recent team, the New York Knicks, but don’t think that they are out of the picture just yet.

According to ESPN.com, the New York Knicks are expected to have the final visit with Anthony.

That is obviously great news for the team’s fans that were hoping for the star to return.

After making the rounds on the free agent market, Anthony’s market value will be set and the Knicks will know what other teams are willing to offer. At that time, they can put together their best pitch in hopes of convincing Anthony to remain a member of the team.
