The Miami Heat are quickly watching the Big 3 crumble under the weight of free agency as LeBron James has seemingly checked out and the domino effect of that might lead another member of the Big 3 to switch uniforms.

More from Houston Rockets

All the free agent talk out of Miami has been about LeBron James, but Chris Bosh is getting plenty of attention as well, specifically from the Houston Rockets. It’s been said that Bosh won’t leave Miami for anything less than a max contract and that’s what the Rockets are gearing up to offer him.

According to Yahoo! Sports insider Adrian Wojnarowski, the Houston Rockets are a natural fit for Bosh and the talks between the two sides are ongoing as of Monday afternoon.

Bosh leaving Miami would signal the end of the Big 3 as it would mean that LeBron is either going to leave the Heat or is taking too long to decide what he wants to do. Bosh wants to return to Miami, but a chance to form another Big 3 in Houston with Dwight Howard and James Harden, plus getting paid the max to do so is hard to pass up.
