LeBron James owns the headlines in the sports world these days as the best basketball player in the world mulls over his decision on whether to return to Miami in pursuit of his fifth straight NBA Finals appearance, or whether he goes back to his hometown in Cleveland to rejoin the Cavaliers franchise.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

Cleveland fans have been doing everything in their power to persuade James to return to the Cavaliers next season. Fans have already created a “Forgiven” t-shirt design ready for print if James does in fact decide to return.

Today, Cleveland upped the ante by offering James a roller coaster in his name at the famous vacation spot in Ohio, Cedar Point.

According to reports, the CEO of Cedar Point offered to change the name of one of the amusement parks roller coasters to “King James” if LeBron ends up signing with the Cavaliers.

The word roller coaster perfectly captures the whirlwind of events that have gone on during the NBA Free Agency period in regards to LeBron. Nearly every hour some source declares that James will end up in Cleveland or Miami for certain, while James has been quiet on all fronts.

Yesterday LeBron met with Pat Riley to discuss his future, but no details have arose from their conversation. Hopefully within the coming days LeBron will have his decision made.
