Arian Foster trolls media, has same answer for 10 questions

Arian Foster has not spoken to the media much since his season ending back injury last year. The reason being of course is that Foster is sick of fielding questions when it comes to his health.

The facts are, however, that nagging hamstring, ankle, and back injuries have hindered the former NFL rushing champion over the last few years. With that being said, the media’s first priority is to find out how Foster is doing health wise during an interview.

Today, Foster spoke with media at Texans’ training camp, and trolled them by answering essentially the same exact response to ten completely different questions. Here are a few of the Foster’s questions and answers from earlier today (Courtesy of Houston Texans):

(on how he is physically) “Yeah, man. I’m just trying to be the best teammate I can be, man.”

(on what kept him out of practice) “Yeah, man. I’m just trying to be the best teammate I can be and working hard at doing it.”

(on his teammates needing him out in practice) “Yeah, man. When you’re the best teammate you can be you just work hard at doing that every single day, that’s what we’re out here trying to do.”

(on if his body is breaking down) “Yeah, man. I’m just out here trying to be the best teammate I can be and I’m going to work hard at doing that.”

(on the difference in how he felt physically today than yesterday) “Yeah, man. You know I’m just out here trying to be the best teammate I can be day-in and day-out, man. And I’m just going to continue working hard to do that.”

In Foster’s defense, at least a few of his answers made sense in terms of the question. At the end of the day, Foster’s job is not to answer questions, it’s to score touchdowns for the Houston Texans. If he does that in abundance next season, no one will care if he is brushing off the media.
