15. Percy Harvin, Seattle Seahawks

After five years in the NFL since the Minnesota Vikings spent a first round pick on the former Florida Gators wide receiver, Harvin is still in search of his first 1,000-yard season.

Has there ever been a receiver with as much hype in the NFL in recent memory that averaged 11.8 yards per reception and has never had more than six touchdown receptions in a single season?

When Harvin is one the field he can be a weapon, but the problem is only once in Harvin’s five-year career has he played a full 16-game schedule and in the last two years has played in nine and one regular season game, respectively.

Harvin is a versatile player who is capable of changing a game as a returner, rusher or receiver, but his injury history coupled with his track record convinces me Harvin will disappoint those expecting him to put up numbers on par with the top players at his position.
