ESPN’s Chris Broussard’s Twitter account hacked

Chris Broussard’s Twitter account doesn’t exactly have a sterling reputation. The ESPN reporter  is typically late on news and has had some embarrassing moments, such as when he attributed the news of past Cleveland Cavaliers coach Mike Brown’s firing to” sources” when the team had already announced the move themselves.

Broussard’s Twitter game took another hit on Saturday, but not to the fault of his own. He was hacked, which led to some strange tweets showing up on his timeline. Here is a sampling of the many tweets:

Not surprisingly, NBA fans immediately made fun of the situation.

Broussard Tweeted out an apology for the tweets once he realized he had been hacked.

Poor Broussard. The guy just can’t catch a break.
