The Arkansas Razorbacks have struggled passing the ball in the Bret Bielema era, but one thing the Hogs have been able to do is pick up yards on the ground.

With a three-headed monster at tailback with Alex Collins, Jonathan Williams and Korliss Marshall, Arkansas can use the ground and pound philosophy Bielema ran so well during his time with the Wisconsin Badgers.
And now the Hogs may have found a new weapon on offense in wide receiver Keon Hatcher who raced 82 yards on the team’s first play from scrimmage on the afternoon against Nicholls State.
Talk about a great play design here as Hatcher goes 82 yards and no one was within even 10 yards of him until he took his foot off the gas as he neared the end zone.
Arkansas used the momentum from this score to build a 21-0 lead on only five offensive plays and there is still plenty of time left in the first frame with 8:35 remaining in the first quarter.
This one could get real ugly for Nicholls State as Arkansas gets on track in their home opener after dropping the opener against the Auburn Tigers last week.
